COUNTY LOG-IN LOCKED
If you find yourself locked out of your County Log In from your desktop in your station, your account will automatically unlock after 30 minutes. At this point your original user name and password will allow you to get back in.
If you do not remember your credentials (password) then we will need to reset your password. A reset of your County password can only be performed by EMD personnel as the dispatchers on duty do not have access to that database.
During regular business hours please generate a service ticket here or call for assistance at 603-516-7171.
If the issue is occurring after hours/weekend/holiday and it is of extreme urgency that your account be unlocked, leave a message at 603-516-7171 and the on-call EMD member will contact you as soon as possible.
