UNLOCKING A MOBILE/LAPTOP IN THE FIELD
First verify that your IMC is not locked on the IMC Server
You can verify your account is not locked out by logging in to IMC within your station on one of your desktops. After verifying in the station that your account is unlocked proceed to the laptop/MDT that will not allow you to log in with your current credentials. If your account is verified as locked out on the IMC server within your station please contact us during regular business hours to unlock, or contact dispatch after normal hours for unlock assistance.
Once you have verified that your IMC account is not locked on the IMC server log in on your laptop/MDT with a User Name of: 11111 and a password of: 11111
The Laptop will log into the server and download the information that will unlock your laptop/MDT.
Once you see that updating has completed in the Status Bar you can log out of IMC Mobile and then log back in using your normal IMC user name and password.
NOTE: When you log in using 11111/11111 you will not see any data displayed on the IMC Mobile home screen. This is a normal security feature and once you are able to log back in normally your screen will display all pertinent mobile date.
